Rosso Nero FC rolled into Round 12 with a new‑look line‑up, missing regulars Amir, Dan, Ferati and Maz, but boosted by the return of Arnie, Waino and Sean. With CJ, Christian and Adem leading the regular core, it was 1st vs last on the ladder… and you’d think you could script the night. But football never reads the script.

🟥 First Half — Chaos, Carnage, and Christian

Rosso Nero FC came out flying. The first ten minutes were pure domination: wave after wave of attack, shots from everywhere, Seaspray pinned back. But the ball refused to go in. Then the madness began. A miskick from nowhere dribbled goal‑bound, CJ’s vision blocked, late reaction… 1–0 Seaspray. From our own kick‑off, we were caught on the ball, straight into a 1v1… 2–0 Seaspray. A corner pinballed off three players, hit Adems shoulder, looped off a head, kissed the bar and somehow dropped in. Physics may never explain it. 3–0 Seaspray. A massive upset was brewing.

Christian stepped up. Off the bench, found space, and absolutely smashed one top corner. Lifeline. But Seaspray struck again off a chaotic broken play — a ricochet, a mis‑touch, a desperate reach, and a ball that somehow rolled in despite CJ sliding for the first effort. 4–1 Seaspray.

Shell‑shocked but not broken, Rosso Nero FC lifted. Christian again found an opening and buried it bottom corner. 4–2. We hammered the woodwork three times before halftime — post, bar, inside post — but no reward.

🟥 Second Half — Was a comeback on the cards?

The second half was domination all over again. But frustration grew as chance after chance went begging. With ten minutes left, still two goals down, finally a breakthrough: 4–3. But Seaspray hit back instantly with a 3v1 counter. 5–3, eight minutes left. Then the switch flipped. CJ launched a long ball to Adem, who controlled, turned and finished. 5–4. Arnie, from a brutal angle, nutmegged the keeper. 5–5. Adem + Arnie combined beautifully for Sean to tap home at the back post. 5–5, five minutes left. Arnie again, taking on the defender and curling an outside‑of‑the‑foot finish bottom corner. 6–5, four minutes left.

Seaspray pushed hard. CJ produced two massive saves — one long‑range, one close‑range. Then the final dagger. A long ball to Adem, back to goal, shoved in the back by the keeper, rode the contact, spun, and guided the ball home in one motion. 7–5 Rosso Nero FC. Final siren.
