New season first game

What a night, what a game, what entertainment....

Rosso Nero FC up against the latest Div 2 winners, we took the game to them...

Out of the gates Rosso Nero FC put pressure on the ball and opposition players... in the first 15 minutes Rosso Nero FC took a two goal lead and had many more changes for a bigger lead... as the half came to a close E14 (opposition) scored off 2 quick counters to end the half 2 goals all...

2nd half kicked off and again Rosso Nero FC took the lead very quickly. Then from no where E14 pulled a sub (a fillin from another team) which changed the tempo and game. The fillin brought extra run and movement which with tiring legs Rosso Nero FC struggled with... in a space of 5 minutes Rosso Nero FC lost their bearings and allowed 3 quick goals in... for E14 to take the lead.

Rosso Nero FC then regained the tempo and scored the next goal to be 6 goals to 4... E14 pushed and pushed but could get through the defence, but off a corner somehow from no where the striker was free on the back post for a easy tap in...

With 3 minutes left Rosso Nero FC pushed and score 2 goals but we fell short by 1 goal... end result 7 goals to 6.

Well played against the winners from last season in div 2.
