Game 3 update... with regular Goal Keeper on family leave and key defender out injured and one returning from illness, Rosso Nero FC played with a different line up.
What game it was, Rosso Nero FC scoring first with some cracking passing and movement. It was goal of the night hands down.
First half was a close contest, with Any Hole Is A Goal drawing level to 1 - 1 and then to 2 - 2. Any Hole Is A Goal Goal keeper with a man of the match performance stopping shot after shot in the first half.
Second half was just as close with Any Hole Is A Goal keeper again make save after save. Rosso Nero FC kept pushing for the winner and with 4 minutes left to play Any Hole Is A Goal managed to get a cheeky goal against the run of play.
End result was first defeat to Rosso Nero FC losing 3 goals to 2.
It was a great game and one that got away.
Next week Daniel Natoli will be back in goals, returning from his family leave.
Look forward to seeing our standard cheer squad back also, Rosso Nero FC missed our 8th player on the side lines.
