What a night for Rosso Nero FC. The stars came out for our awards night.
The awards started off celebrating our retired player Nathan Hanna. Nathan was provided a retirement gift as a thank you for all his contributions on the court. Rosso Nero FC provide Nathan a walking stick for his retirement.
We then moved onto a new award for this season...Free Kickmaster. This was won by Nathan aka 'Ronaldo' Hanna. With his bullet free kicks Nathan scored many goals direct from free kicks which opposition's keepers didn't even see them fly past. Nathan's free kicks were a blast.
Salami Award.
This award came down to the final games of the season. It was a battle for a long time which charged hands 4 times over the season. Top 3
3rd spot - Fillin players on 15 points
2nd spot - Alex Ienco on 18 points
1st spot - Charles Cassar 19 points

Champion Award.
This award was closely fought out all season and was decided on the last game. Early on in the season Marcus our raining champion stormed out to an early lead, it took the pack 6 games to catch him, in which Nathan Hanna was leading for a couple of weeks and then Alex Ienco took over once Nathan retired. This award showed how consistent the team was each week. Top 4
4th spot - Nathan Hanna on 13 points
3rd spot - Marcus Natoli on 14 points
2nd spot - Alex Ienco on 16 points
1st spot - Seb Ienco on 20 points
MVP Award
Just like Salami and Champion this award was tight all season long. It was the last 2 games were the top 2 pulled award by polling 10 and 8 points each over the 2 games. Again this award showed how well each and every player played this year, with everyone having a chance to win the award up to the last two games. Top 4
4th spot - Nathan Hanna on 22 points
3rd spot - Charles Cassar on 24 points
2nd spot - Seb Ienco on 33 points
1st spot - Alex Ienco on 34 points

Huge shout out to Joondalup Trophies for our awards and medals, it was a late call requesting all, in which Joondalup Trophies came through on. What a legendary team they have.
