Round 8 Update

With another 50 game milestone match this week for Seb Ienco and Cj Cassar Rosso Nero FC brought all the guns out to play...

In the first 5 minutes both teams were feeling each other out with ball movement but no clear cut shots. Then in split second laps from Cj taking a few extra seconds too long he was pipped with the ball, which lead to the opening goal. Rosso Nero FC quickly responded with a rapid equaliser, a bullet from Seb. The game then went back to no clear cut changes, only for another laps in defence which led to a 2nd goal to the opposition. This fired Rosso Nero FC up and shortly after Gabe scored an equaliser. At 2 all, Rosso Nero FC fired up and quickly scored a 3rd from Alex.

Leading at half time 3 goals to 2 Rosso Nero FC were up and about and ready to kick on.

Off the kick off the 4th goal came pretty quickly and goal number 5 was Goal of the match (possibly the season), with a long ball from Ant to Cj, who first time passed the volley to Alex on the switch, who first time shot and scored bottom corner. The play and goal killed off the opposition and from here Rosso Nero FC had a free run with only the opposition keeper keeping them in the game.

Last 4 minutes Led to a rotation off the bench and more goals, another assist to Cj for a Gabe goal and the Ant (apparently assisting himself) for the last goal number 7 (we won't mention the 7 other clear chances he missed tonight ;) ).

Great game all round and an excellent win for game 50 to Seb and Cj.
