Well this was the round we were all looking forward too...
First game after the grand final and having our retired player Nathan Hanna dust off the cob webs on his game shoes to fill in and cover Anthony.
First half was was tight and closely contested with the game going gang busters with non stop attacks... the game was finally broken from a lovely Rosso Nero FC team play and goal to Gabe. First half ended 1 goal to Nil to Rosso Nero FC.
2nd half was different. Straight from kick off, Rosso Nero FC scored from 1 pass with a left footed Bullet From Seb. Shortly after Rosso Nero FC scored a third with a lovely team goal and assist from Alex for Nathan Hanna to score a left footed tap in in the far post... Then the opposition scored on an superb volley which flow top corner...
Unlucky the Grand Final Rosso Nero FC settled and scored the next goal from the corner, with a lovely dummy run from Alex opening a path for Seb to score the 4th.
With the game winding down Rosso Nero FC didn't drop amd defend well to allow a second goal.
Final score was 4 goals to 2. Nice first up win for the new season.
